Infants have soft nails, but as the baby gets older gets the child's nails a hardness that requires them to be cut with a nail scissors. The nail scissors have one of the ground tip, so that one does not get the child stabbing the child.
The nail scissors have a good grip for adults which makes it easier to handle.
